Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Apprenticeship program 2024-25, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Must have completed High School/10th with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Must possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.
Age Limit
- Candidates must be between 15 and 24 years old as of June 12, 2024.
- Upper age relaxation:
- SC/ST: up to 5 years
- OBC: up to 3 years
- Divyang (PwBD): up to 10 years
Application Fee
Candidates need to pay a processing fee of ₹100. However, SC/ST, Divyang (PwBD), and women candidates are exempted from this fee. The fee must be paid online through the N.E. Railway’s official website by 05:00 pm on July 11, 2024.
Merit List
The merit list for the RRC NER Apprenticeship 2024-25 will be officially released in the last week of August 2024 as a PDF on the NER Apprentice Portal. The list will be prepared based on the candidates’ performance in Matriculation. Only those with the best scores among all applicants will be shortlisted.
